Brupak Fixby Gold Bitter

The Brupak Microbrewery series of beers are made following traditional brewhouse procedures, using only the finest 2-row malting barley and the choicest hops. They are more than just beer kits - they are 'concentrated brewers wort'. The ingredients are identical to those used by commercial microbreweries. No sugar, barley syrup or hop extract - just pure malt, fresh hops and genuine brewers yeast.

Fixby Gold is described as 'A beautiful golden ale with fine hop and grain character'. An additional pack of hops is included, which can be used in one of three ways: to give extra bitterness; to increase flavour without increasing bitterness; or to give a beautiful hop aroma. This excellent 3kg (two-can) kit requires no additional sugar (except for priming), and and makes a top quality beer at approx. 4.3% alcohol.
