Magnum Pear Cider

A superb and versatile kit, making 40 pints of quality cider at approx. 5% alcohol. Prepared from selected apples across Europe, chosen for their full flavour and perfect suitability for cider making.

This cider is flavoured with the delicious aroma and taste of pears, which gives the cider a deep and welcoming flavour and a distinctly different edge!

It is still a cider, made from apples, and is not a perry (which is made entirely from pears), but has the added flavour of pears to give an irresistable character.

Can be ready in as little as fourteen days, but will benefit from a few weeks in the bottle to age and mature, developing its full, subtle and fragrant flavour.

Will make either sparkling or still cider. Or, if you prefer, this kit could instead be used to produce 30 bottles (75cl) of delicious pear/apple wine at around 12.5% alcohol.
