Starter Kit - Elderflower Cider

A complete kit of equipment, ingredients and bottles. Everything you need (except water and sugar) to make 40 pints of home-brewed elderflower cider at standard strength (5%), or 32 pints at 7% abv.

Elderflower cider is made from top quality apple juice, but is given a hint of the delicate aroma and flavour of elderflowers, resulting in a cider of exceptional quality and taste.

From start to finish, it takes only about two weeks! All you need to add is sugar, and water.

This 'starter kit' has been hand-picked from our stock items, and includes just what you need
... and all the equipment is re-usable for future brews!

The kit includes:

• 5-gallon fermentation bin with lid (to make the brew)
• Hydrometer (to test when it's ready to bottle)
• Long reach stirrer (most household utensils aren't long enough!)
• Syphon tube (to get the beer from bin to bottles)
• Sterilising powder (to get everything really clean)
• 20 x 1 litre plastic re-usable bottles (with screw caps)
• Magnum Cider concentrate - to make 40 pints at 5% abv or 32 pints at 7% abv
