Brewing Sugar (Dextrose)A ½kg bag of brewing sugar. This type of sugar is easier for the yeast to ferment, producing a faster and more efficient brew. It is also much easier to dissolve than granulated sugar, reducing the time you have to spend mixing! Perfect for any brewing - beer, wine, high-alcohol kits etc. (Some high-alcohol yeasts can only be used with this type of sugar, and do not work fully with normal household sugar.)
