Book: Brewing Beers like Those You BuyDave Line takes the mystery out of brewing beers from grain to the same recipes as used by commercial brewers. Using equipment as in our 'Brewing From Grain Starter Kit', he shows how easy the process really is, yet how vastly superior the resulting beer is from that produced from kit concentrates. He includes recipes for a wide range of commercial beers - several of which are no longer available. As well as good, British beers (remember Double Diamond?), there are recipes for a wide range of continental beers including San Miguel, Grolsch, Stella Artois, and many more. Beers such as Greene King Abbot Ale (the original recipe, not the 'dumbed down' version in pubs these days!), Newcastle Brown Ale and Adnams Southwold Bitter, make the beer list extremely comprehensive.
