Universal Indicator Strips

A box of 100 Universal Indicator strips to measure the pH of your wine, or the water you use for brewing beer or wine, to show how acidic it is.

The acidity can then be adjusted to give the perfect balance.

For wines, acid gives bite and crispness, but too much makes it sharp. For beers, the water you start with needs to be the correct acidity to make a really good brew, and is different for lagers, bitters, stouts etc.

These strips give a simple and easy method to test your liquid and determine its acidity.
